What is Bully Bunches?

Bully Bunches is a one stop shop for all natural, single ingredient dog chews. Located in Vancouver, BC, we offer a large variety of products and services for dogs of all sizes. We are a healthy and long lasting alternative to rawhide.

My Shop order is over $79, but shipping is not free?

Your order must be over $79 before taxes and after any discount is applied. If you have an order of $80 and use a 10% discount, your subtotal is now $72 and free shipping will not be available.

Autoship vs Shop?

"Autoship" is a commitment free auto renewing subscription. "Shop" is non subscription, order when needed.

Why can't I log in?

Separate accounts are required for Autoship and Shop orders. We recommend creating both accounts with the same email and password for simplicity.

Why are your bully sticks so much cheaper than ones in store?

Most in store bully sticks have significant mark ups due to distributors. Manufacture -> distributor -> retail store -> consumer. With Bully Bunches, we  oversee the manufacturing process, so there's no "middleman" with no mark up. Manufacture -> consumer.

Where are you located?

We are located in Vancouver, British Columbia and ship to all of Canada and the United States.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all subscription orders (excluding Jumbo subscriptions). For Shop orders, shipping is free over $79. For Shop orders under $79, we split the cost 50/50 relative from Vancouver, BC.

Are Autoship and Shop accounts the same?

No. You will need to create separate accounts for autoship and Shop orders. We recommending using the same email for both accounts.

How long until my order ships?

For subscriptions, your first order will ship within 5 business days. All orders thereafter will ship on the 16th/17th starting the following month.  For non subscription orders (Shop), normal processing time is 1 - 3 business days, 

What's in a bully stick?

Bully sticks are completely all natural, 100% digestible and made of one single ingredient, oven baked beef muscle. Bully sticks are among the healthiest alternatives to rawhide products.

Why are the Shop bully sticks cheaper than the subscription?

They’re not! Low quantity Shop orders require a shipping fee. All subscription orders come with free shipping (excluding Jumbo subscriptions)

Can I start a custom subscription with Shop products ?

Yes! Email us at woof@bullybunches.com and tell us which product and quantity you need. We'll handle the rest.

How do I purchase one pack before signing up?

The best way to do this is to sign up for the "month to month" option and simply pause or cancel your subscription before the renewal date (15th) of the following month, or try a low quantity Shop order which is non subscription.

When will I be re-billed?

All plans automatically renew on the 15th of each month. You will never be billed twice in the same month. You can cancel or skip orders at any time by logging in to your profile.

How do I skip, cancel or edit my subscription?

Simply log in to your account profile from the top right of our website. Click the "edit" button under the "your subscription" header. There you will be able to skip months (without being charged), change product size, and cancel your service.

How do I skip more than 1 month?

Where do your sticks come from?

We source our beef from free range, grass fed Colombian bulls, some of the best beef on planet Earth! Every batch of product undergoes strict lab testing to ensure it exceeds CFIA and FDA expectations as well as providing great consistency. 

When will my subscription order arrive?

Auto delivery orders can take up to 9 business days depending on where you are located from Vancouver, BC.

When should I give my dog a bully stick?

Bully sticks should not be used as a meal replacement and should be supervised while being consumed. Give them as a snack when ever you're seeking some temporary peace and quiet, or use them as a reward.

Should I supervise my dog while it's chewing? 

Yes -  Some dogs can be a little too ambitious and try to swallow that last couple bites. This, in rare cases, can result in a choking hazard.
